「We had a doctor's appointment in Portland so we made a weekend of it. Location was great. Vlose to everything we wanted to see and fo in Portland. Staff was very helpful. Room was nice. Coffee was tasty. Robes and slippers were fun. All in all it was a blast. 」

"ポートランドの中心地にあり、どこにいくにも便利。すぐ近くに観光案内所もあり、日本語のガイドマップももらえるので、市内観光のスタート地点としても最適。ホテルスタッフもアットホームな雰囲気で、無料のコーヒー紅茶や、ワインのテイスティングなどもあります。大きなスーパーもすぐ近くにあるので、そこで色々買い込んで、治安が心配な夜間もホテル内の屋上なら安心して、コーヒーやお酒を飲みながら、街の雰囲気を楽しめるなど、とてもおすすめのホテルです。"

"ロビーの雰囲気がよく、レストランはいつも沢山の人でにぎわっていました。部屋のファシリティは、少し老朽化しているのですが、それ以外は快適に宿泊することができました。最も評価できるのは、ゲスト用の洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で使えるところです。長期の出張では、洗濯をしたくなりますので、このサービスはとても高く評価できます。近くにショッピングモールがあり、買い物もできます。"

"フロントの対応はとても良かった。部屋のキャビネットと壁の間に隙間があり、そこにゴミがたくさん落ちていた。チェックイン時間前には荷物を預かって頂き、チェックアウト後も出発まで荷物を預かっていただけて助かった。ルームキーが２枚とも使えなくなり交換していただいた。"
