The towels were old and smelled bad as soon as they were wet. There was no shower gel/shampoo in the shower. Frühstück sehr lecker. Einzig der Außenbereich um das Hotel herum könnte etwas mehr Zuwendung gebrauchen, was aber zum Teil auch den noch laufenden Renovierungsarbeiten geschuldet sein kann. "Love the location and distance to shops and restaurants, very walkable. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working in my room. However, weather cooled down and the open window was pleasant. The staff was excellent as usual! Whenever we are in the area we try to stay at SAKS!"

"Location is good, huge parking lot, and about 12 min walking distance to the town center. The hotel is clean and nice with a nice breakfast room and buffet for $20-25. Here are a few points for improvements. The swimming pool opens only after 9 am for hotel guests, which is a little late for me as I like to do my sports routine before breakfast. There is no coffee machine on the room but a water boiler. Rooms are only done after three days saving them a lot of service costs. There is no safe lock box in the room. The receptionist is not very proactive pointing out that a specific watch-like magnetic device is needed for access to the pool or a guest card ‘Kurkarte’ for discounts to wellness programs and local attractions. You will get it, if you specifically ask for it; it is included in the room charge."
