「The rooms are spotless clean and very nicely decorated. They serve a wonderful breakfast with high quality ingredients. The food at the restaurant was also very tasty and well prepared. However, there are two problems. First they advertise the rooms having air conditioning. Only SOME rooms have air conditioning. Others (the ones in the new wing, have a what they call "cooling system". It, supposedly, cools the room without an y cold air coming from a vent or a panel. Mine did not made any...

「It was great experience . Beautiful location and clean room and service .highly recommended. No AC but can open windows」

「Petra was the perfect hostess. We were hoping for a refrigerator and the next morning she had one in the room for us! She was a joy and took so much pride in the property. If we had stayed in Apenzell like we’d originally planned, we would have missed seeing Lindau, which was a favorite, along with Bregenz and Dornbirn. I highly recommend this property.」
