「Overall good place. More designed for fishing and sport than other stays. I longed for a small closet space, but we made do. I never did find the washing machine it said was on the property. Bobby was very responsive to our needs.」

「We loved the location of the property and how close to town we were but still had some peace and quiet when there. The backyard fire pit was perfect for our group! The property had everything we could have wanted. Check in was easy and seamless. 」

「I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to call my home base while in Fayetteville for a work retreat. Downtown hub location made it a dream to grab coffee from local spots in the mornings and easy to get to all the best elements of the area. The property itself has unlimited charm & coziness balanced with a luxurious feel. Even being right on the main road in town, I never felt like the street noises were a nuisance. Will keep this place at the top of my list for future Fayetteville adventures...

「What a great stay- Bradley was beyond amazing and went above and beyond for our anniversary trip. The tiny house was great- had everything my husband and I needed for a weekend get away! Good/close distance to great things to do (10-20 drive to food and activities). If I could change anything I would want to stay longer! Will be back again 」

「The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to find the driveway, but the host Wendy gave us excellent directions. Walkable to all the restaurants and a short drive to the visitor's center for New River Gorge National Park. There is another visitor center about 45 minutes away, but it was not a bad drive. Would definitely stay again.」

「Enjoyed the Keurig and coffee selection plenty. That and the snack tray are excellent touches if you ask me. Front porch is great, the candles were spent but I can't think of anything we were lacking or wanted otherwise. Great Vrbo!」

「We enjoyed our stay at Allison’s place. She responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate our little family. Her house is cozy and has cool art. It is in a great spot to explore New River Gorge and some tasty restaurants! 」

「Clean, beautiful views, very close to Fayetteville dining, hiking, and attractions. Porch was nice to sit on. Nice kitchen appliances. Wish there was a toaster and a place to dispose of dog doo. Love the dog friendliness. Highly recommend and would book again if in the area!」

「This was a nice house to stay in. With 10 of us we filled the space but everyone was comfortable. We had two adults and 8 kids and stayed one night. The area is really nice. The kids loved throwing frisbees in the backyard and swinging on the tree swing. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was nice to have a good place to do laundry! 」

「We had a great stay at the Cottage. We were in town for the Total Archery Challenge and staying in Oak Hill was so convenient. We walked to two restaurants for dinner and the was a coffee shop just a block away. An out standing bowling alley was only a few minutes drive. We also ate at a Mexican restaurant just north of town. The house was more than comfortable for three adults - loved the large beds and furniture. 「A great way to visit the area. My husband fished on the pond every night and my son hiked up the property's trail to view the sunrise. Easy to access and not far from many Natl Park trails. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. I hope to visit again.」

「This property was in the middle of everything we wanted to do! Short drives to ALL of the Canyon Rim features of NRG NP. You can walk to everything in Fayetteville from this property (although we drove to a few because of rain). 「Horseshoe Acres was great! There was plenty of room for our family (6 adults & 3 teenagers), and every room was immaculately clean. The long tables inside and on the deck allowed for meals, games, and conversation, and the theatre, popcorn machine, hot tub, and yard, were hits for our group.
