「We LOVED our stay at the Shady Lady on Brownstone Ridge! The cabin was so clean and adorably decorated!! Best of all, the beds were super comfy. :) It was also very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking dinner after a day on the lake. As always, we LOVE Summersville and all of the friendly locals, especially at the Tractor Bar. Such a beautiful place to visit!! We can't wait to come back and stay there again. 「Property was incredible. Tucked away in the hills of West Virginia, it’s secluded but also has neighbors around the corner. Best of both worlds.Minutes from amazing hikes and views, waterfalls and white water rafting. Cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with the area and all there is to do.Owner was excellent, communicated well and left prefect instructions for check out.Quick to respond to any questions.Would 100% book here again. 」

「Our family of 5 had a great stay in the cabin. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the host included many amenities to make us more comfortable, snacks and toiletries made the stay extra special. The cabin is well maintained and well stocked, a great rental for families.」

「House was exactly as described and pictured, very clean, great proximity to town, comfortable beds. Only thing that caught us a little off guard, but really can’t be shown in a picture, is a definitely “basement smell” you get in an older house…it was the first thing we noticed when we walked in. Recommend bringing a couple plug-in air fresheners! But, we would still stay ij it again for all of the other reasons cited. 」

「We had a great time. The property was as described. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the deer. Only thing that would make it better would be a softer mattress in the main bedroom and maybe so pillows on the couch . But everything else was perfect. Hope to rent again in future. 「This is a charming house with tons of amenities. We loved our stay. It was a great home base for our WV adventures, located near many outdoor activities but in a calm, peaceful spot. We loved the firepit, the grills, and the board games (Clue forever!). William was wonderful to work with, very responsive. All the stars!」

「This home is as advertised and appeared newly renovated. Was beautifully done and had all the necessities provided (shower products, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent and sponges, laundry detergent, trash bags and some spices. Host is communicative. Home is 10 minutes from New River Gorge visitors center and 30 minutes from Summerville Lake. Also minutes from multiple restaurants, gas and Walmart as well as downtown Fayetteville. Only downside, for me, is that the home was...
