The rooms were a bit dated. The key cards stopped working and had to be reprogrammed every day which was annoying. My sister didn’t have hot water for 6 out of the 7 days we stayed and reception promised to resolve it but didn’t. My sister asked for her room not to be cleaned as she didn’t want her stuff being moved around but they cleaned 6 out of the 7 days even though they were reminded every day. Bit of a shame really that the promises made weren’t honoured

Wouldn’t recommend
Avoid if possible. Needs investment also staff training. A positive is that it’s a good location and has a pleasant pool

My business and I use this Hotel at least 2 - 3 nights a month. The Hotel is generally great and staff friendly except this time. It is unreal how one person can make such a difference, and will contribute to your business decisions going forward. I made the mistake of asking for 2 rooms to be processed through one transaction and the utter bad attitude and generally reprehensible behaviour received from Olivia at the front desk was a true reflection of an individual that should not be in Hospitality!!! Unfortunate that one individual can ruin an otherwise great experience and ensure no future business to the hotel.
