「The room was quite nice. However; We had 3 problems with the housekeeping staff: First, we discovered that there was only 1 coffee mug in the room and this was not corrected by the staff who cleaned - so we had to call for a 2nd mug. Second, the housekeeping staff did not remove the obviously used, dirty wash clothes. and Third - we were ready to pack up to leave and discovered the housekeeping staff had THROWN AWAY our cooler! It was made of compostable cardboard and was inexpensive -...

「Self check-in, easy to do. There is a fun gathering area with well staffed refrigerator and coffee bar for breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere. We stayed twice at Ski Inn in the course of two weeks. We really enjoyed both stays There’s a wonderful grocery and a excellent food establishment across the street. Thick bath towels are such a treat!!! Enjoyed our stay.」

「The host thought of lots of little details, which was appreciated, even for our short stay! Places for lots of suit cases, enough towels available for all 5 of us, a little shelf up by the high bed, even! Other reviews complained about noisy neighbors, but we had a peaceful, quiet overnight, and the best sleep some of us have had since we’ve been in AK!」
