"We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn in Niagara Falls and truly liked everything about it. The manager was very lovely, professional, and highly effective, and we were grateful to be allowed a late check-out past 11 a.m., which made our stay even more comfortable. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view overlooking the park and Canada. At night, we could even see the fireworks from our room, which was a special touch. The free breakfast was decent and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and would choose the same place without hesitation."

"I crossed the border to the American side of Niagara Falls on the day of my birthday, with the intent of doing some cross-border shopping, and the experience started off on a really high note. At check-in, the front desk attendant noticed I was visiting from Canada and asked what brought me over. When I mentioned it was my birthday, Sophie or Sofie at the front desk immediately wished me a happy birthday and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I was indecisive between my two options, she kindly offered both as a birthday gesture. She also allowed me to park for free in their Diamond parking spot and took the time to recommend nearby places to grab a drink or a bite to eat. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging, which made the experience feel warm and personal rather than transactional. While it being my birthday certainly helped set the tone, the level of hospitality stood out regardless. The thoughtful gestures turned what could have been a standard check-in into a memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again."
