"Absolutely beautiful new property with stunning mountain views! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, and the gated community was peaceful and private. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown Cashiers and an easy drive to Highlands and Sapphire. We loved our stay and would definitely return!"

"Lovely, comfortable house with a great kitchen which was well stocked with any cooking item you would require. The neighborhood was very welcoming, the dog park was the best we have ever seen and our golden loved swimming in the river. Host responded promptly. We would love to return. The weather was great as we came from a hot, humid area. It was a pleasure to sit outside."

"Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean, and there was plenty of space to spread out. It was so relaxing to be secluded but still not far from restaurants and the grocery store. We had a great time playing in the river and hiking the nearby trails. Gorges State Park was very close and had beautiful trails, too. We would absolutely go back!"

"The hosts were very accommodating regarding information prior to our arrival as well as with the check-in and check-out process. The property has unbelievable views of Whitesides mountain as well as other areas (I do not know the names). The hot tub was a real treat after a day of hiking! The grounds around the house are nicely manicured and the property has some trails for hiking in the “community” area. The house was thoroughly clean and well equipped. The house has the bedrooms downstairs and the living area upstairs which works great (a minor problem was noisy upstairs floors for those still sleeping). However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to renting the house again in the future."

"This property is a gem! Carolyn and Brent are amazing hosts! We have now stayed with them two years in a row for our family summer vacations. They have improved the cabin from our last stay by adding a gorgeous downstairs patio addition and a hot tub. The location is secluded and you get the beauty of living in the forest, but with all the comforts and more that you could ask for. We will be staying with them again as this is becoming a family annual tradition for us!"
