「Nice kind staff but the water pressure in the bathroom was too low, so it was a bit inconvenient.」

「Great spot for individuals traveling alone, quick stops, or couples retreats. Staff is super friendly, quick, and helpful, while building smelled amazing, room was super clean, fresh, and comfortable. 100% will return.」

「If you are a solo female traveler looking for a worry-free, luxurious, and deeply hospitable experience, look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning!」

「Family suite is awesome for travelling with our two teenagers. Nice for them to have a room with a tv to themselves」

「Great staff , spacious parking , very clean room,and a delicious breakfast!」

「Bathroom was good」

「Really nice modernized hotel was really clean no odd smells in the building and everything looks fairly new. The hot tub was nice after along day of driving, rooms were really comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was actually better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were very kind and helpful definitely will stay here again.」

「Love the spacious rooms and beds. Breakfast was great as well.」

「I was traveling with my small dog and upon arrival, the Front Desk Associate was worried that they had run out of pet rooms. That did not stop her! She asked me politely to wait briefly and she went and began checking rooms personally to find one for us. She did! Awesome hustle and attention to guest satisfaction.」

「Older hotel with a charm and class you do not see in newer hotels. Lots of space to park. Easy access to amenities. Great place to stay if you need to be near the Royal Alex or Alberta Retina Clinic. Good menu at the restaurant, great dessert!」

「Fun was had by all in the pool even without a hot tub. Things we clean. Breakfast was mediocre.」

「A good stay, pretty close to WEM. The breakfast was good. Our floor felt damp in our room by the bathroom but notifying staff they weren’t concerned.」

「I'm a cleaner, so I see things that people don't necessarily see on the surface, I felt like girls do a great job, I would suggest that they do maybe an inspection once a week or so or maybe even every couple weeks because I did spot a pretty obvious blood stain on the wall but other than that everything was really nice, I would say also maybe get behind the toilets but again I'm a cleaner professionally and I'm looking for things like that. Other than that, clean beds, they offer breakfast...

「Good space, clean place and Helpfull Workers.」
