「Overall no complaints. Felt like being at home. I go drop off my bags 4 hours early to find out that my room was ready. I really appreciate that. I was getting Reno done at my condo 10 mins walk from this hotel/condo. This morning place has more than my place. Love the in room washer/dryer and shower heads with the best water pressure. Also the eco stat which controls the air conditioning, perfect because it was 30+ outside. Staff was super friendly. This place will be on the top of my mind...
「We spent the weekend at River Cree. We had a good time and the hotel was very quiet. Typically my husband and I don't sleep well in hotels but we both had restful nights. 」
「Enjoyed our stay with 3 kids this summer. Pool is small but fun and rooms clean and well equipped. Was extremely busy when we were there but staff was lovely and hotel was clean and well staffed. Generous breakfast buffet was also enjoyed by all! 」

The only two points to consider are
1.Street is dirty and noisy and somehow unsafe.
2.Paid parking has no gate or security so homeless people wander in the parking.
I did't cut one star because the environment is downtown Edmonton and not in control of the hotel management.」
「Staff were expertly friendly and helpful. Two small issues with the room came up and they fixed it right away. I was very impressed. The suites are very clean, modern and roomy with a kitchenette and sitting area. I highly recommend and will be back for sure. 」
