Ravelston House
Whilst I appreciate there was a no cancellation policy, due to a family bereavement, I asked Hotels.com to cancel the booking for me. They spoke to The Hotel and explained who had died. The Hotel point-blank refused to allow me to cancel. Totally unsympathetic uncaring. Passed the Hotel later on ...
