「PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW We arrive after midnight and the night front desk person was very rude and offensive. Since we booked through Expedia she said it was actually the next day she could not access our virtual card. ???She couldn’t really explain what the issue was but I had to book a totally new room just so we could sleep for a few hours. The next morning I ask the day staff for documentation so that I could get my original room cost refunded through Expedia. I had prepaid, lesson...
