"Awesome breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Clean and nice size rooms. See thru curtains at night with lights on is main complaint. Water not real hot for shower. "

"Nice place and friendly staff. Room was clean and had everything as advertised. Only complaints was upon arrival the elevator wasn't in service, so we had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs and our room window had a large crack. All in all this didn't ruin our stay nor take anything away from the amazing staff. "

"Valet was inefficient to say the least. The price for valet that was listed on the internet was different than the price listed at the front desk and also different than what was on the valet stand. We paid more than all of those and we paid for covered parking. We did not get covered parking. We tried to get into our vehicle and Valet told us where it was and gave us the key. The car was not there. We searched for 15 min in a lot to find it. When we were leaving, the valet man couldn't be found to go get the car. We had to wait 25 minutes for them to get a valet person from another hotel across the street to come over and get us our car. We also paid for covered parking and it wasn’t covered. I requested a one day refund and the manager to call me. I never heard from anyone. Elevator didn’t work either. Not worth the money. "

"Great hotel, rooms are awesome. Location is perfect for going downtown or lots of the more local restaurants and bars. Female front of house staff upon our arrival was not friendly at all, however all the male staff we dealt with were great. Would definitely stay again!"
