「There was several dead bugs, the TV was malfunctioning and breakfast was not stocked.」

「Our room was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with the breakfast provided.」

「The only problem I had was getting in the tub otherwise the handicap facilities inside that bathroom was amazing. The seat was comfortable and safe.」

「The properties under construction however the room was very nice」

「The room was not clean also NO house keeper….I will NOT go back」

「Stayed for 8 nights. There was a TV but no remote, so couldn’t watch. No coffee machine, I asked for remote and coffee machine, they just said they’d try best, but never gonna happened . First time ever stayed in a hotel with this bad quality. I had two flies in my room whole my stay for eight nights. I suppose never clean the room floor, lots of dust, dead bugs in the floor. So disgusting. My friend and her daughter stayed next door, and their air conditioner didn’t work for 5 days. I’ll never...

「Buen servicio, excelente ubicacion」

「Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was wonderful. A big breakfast included every morning as well. An incredible gym with washer and dryers. Our room was great and quiet even though hotel is close to freeway. Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. great price too. We will definitely book this hotel next time we are in town visiting!」

「朝食がすばらしい！部屋もきれいでバスルームが広く照明が明るい。ホテルの周りもごみごみしておらず非常に静かで快適に過ごせます。」

「I have stayed here several times over the years while visiting family in Springtown. It is a clean, safe, hospitalble and convenient place to stay at an affordable rate. Thank you for being consistent.」
