About this property

Lake Allatoona house with private dock, hot tub & fire pit. Family and groups!

  • This Georgia home may be a stone's throw away from Atlanta- 45min to an hour, but its a trip-worthy destination in its own right. Right out the door, a private dock overlooks Lake Allatoona, the cleanest lake in Georgia. Relax by the private 2 story party dock. There is an extensive outdoor area with a fire pit, outdoor TV, cornhole and hot tub. Kids and adults will love the Pack Man machine downstairs. Enjoy a relaxing lake vacation with year round views.

    Bedroom 1: King bed, double sofa bed and private bath
    Bedroom 2: King bed and private bath
    Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a twin trundle
    Basement open area: Double Murphy bed, pull out sofa and twin mattress available

    Small dogs ok for a $500 fee but it needs to be selected in the booking before. It is a $2000 fine if not disclosed. No parties, no fireworks. Mid term rentals available.
