「Our first impression with the staff was unexpected! We’d just arrived to drop off our luggage and the gentleman at the front desk offered to take our luggage to the room as we were crunched for time. A cab was waiting to take us to Highclere. 「Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully.

「Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water.
Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too!

「We visited family in Winchester and booked two rooms. The staff were friendly and efficient, The service station is small enough to be easy to get around and nothing's too far away. We have stayed before, on the South side, but easily navigated the service roads between the two. Very good value.」
「We had a lovely stay for a couple of nights while we saw family. We enjoyed a meal when we arrived on the Monday evening which was lovely but the portions were large.
We decided to have the Continental breakfast on our last morning which is all self service with a lot of choice. The staff were very attentive.」
