「I was genuinely disappointed in the service. I emailed at the beginning of the week for to arrange transportation. Followed up. No response. I called and went to the front desk because the balcony door wouldn’t close, and as a result, the AC would not come on. No one ever same. I fixed it myself. Asked for sparkling champagne for myself and my partner. The staff brings him sparkling champagne, brings me white wine, as if I wouldn’t know the difference. 「I arrived and let them know for check in. Although room check in was at 3, it wasn’t ready until 330. Afterwards, the WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working during the duration of our stay and the water in the room was not hot. The room was very clean and the pool had a nice view. Breakfast was good. 」

「El hotel esta localizado en un lugar muy bonito y la vista es increible, tiene detalles con la limpieza y el desayuno incluido es poco variado y sirven muy poco pero de ahi en fuera el personal es demasiado atento y te hacen sentir muy VIP, la zona de bar y alberca son geniales y pasas un rato muy divertido con los demas huespedes aunque no los conozcas. ¿Si volveria? Claro que si 」
