Apartment located on the first floor of the owner's daughter's house, ideal for a peaceful stay near Eguisheim. Access to the apartment is via a shared entrance with a six-step exterior staircase, followed by approximately ten more steps inside.

The apartment is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding (one bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and one bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, also equipped with a sitting area with a smart TV and armchairs).

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with small freezer, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, immersion blender, induction hob, etc.) and everything you need to prepare meals. Bathroom with toilet (sloping ceiling)

From the kitchen, you have access to a large, quiet, furnished balcony-terrace, perfect for meals or relaxation.

All rooms have roller shutters or Velux blinds for comfort in summer and complete darkness at night. All-inclusive price: cleaning, towels, tea towels, bed linen, and beds made upon arrival.

street parking is available, but spaces are limited; a free public parking lot located approximately 500 meters away is recommended.

You can reach Eguisheim on foot in about 30 minutes via a pleasant path through the vineyards, ideal for discovering the Alsatian landscape.
