"The room 204 is very old and should not be rented and the floor boards are coming up. The bathroom toilet had no seat and looks like a jail cell toilet, the tub is old and stained & the faucets were not clean the walls have cracks as do the near ceiling area and the furniture had watermarks. There was furniture piled up outside in the second floor hallway my entire stay. The elevators were down and only started working on the 4th night of my stay ( Thursday) at which point I just checked out..My room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day but was not and I was gaslight when I requested it. A man at the front desk lied about being the manager then confessed he had only said so because he was the only one there at that time. Just a series of unfortunate and bad issues overall. I would not stay or recommend it without significant updates."

"Everything was just dirty enough to notice it wasn't clean and there were terrible potholes in the parking lot. But the room was spacious and had a fridge/microwave combo in addition to a TV. The ac worked well, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and it was quiet. "

"This has been a perfect rental as a home away from home while we undergo renovations. The beds are very comfortable, tastefully decorated love the kitchen & shower upgrades, tv in all bedrooms and the den is a great getaway for work and privacy, only a few stairs at entrance .. close to neighbors but a nice high hedge in backyard offers privacy. Downstairs neighbor very nice and shoveled a path after the storm. Communications were excellent … all in all a nice place to be during a stressful time .. thank you "

"There isn’t a “kitchen” but a minimum amenity was there and that was enough for me. Lots of dining options nearby. A quiet neighborhood and separate entry. Host was very responsive and accommodating. "
