"The area felt unsafe. The staff at the desk was pleasant but we had an issue with the heater and the maintenance person that came to the room was VERY unprofessional. We also think there was a language barrier. The bed was stiff as a board and the soap dispensers either didn't work or were empty. It seemed like they didn't care about their guests to us. "

The beds are very comfortable, tastefully decorated love the kitchen & shower upgrades, tv in all bedrooms and the den is a great getaway for work and privacy, only a few stairs at entrance .. close to neighbors but a nice high hedge in backyard offers privacy. Downstairs neighbor very nice and shoveled a path after the storm. Communications were excellent … all in all a nice place to be during a stressful time .. thank you "
