「I had a lovely stay at this beautiful property」

「Great breakfast and fabulous spa.」

「Very comfortable stay and everything clean. Really comfortable beds and all required amenities in room. Housekeeping staff all great, majority of staff in restaurant were excellent, same in bar. Breakfast was excellent and though we did have to wait a bit, once seated, service was excellent. Gym a bit worn, could do with a facelift but pool and pool area lovely. Would highly recommend a stay in the Castlecourt, Great location, lovely staff, great food. We will be back. Thank you :)」

「All staff were superb. Excellent breakfast and evening meal Nice and central to town Stayed here several times before and will do again」

「I honestly would give this a 3.5 rating instead of a 4, but it wasn't an option. This hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very dated. The furniture is worn and tired. The baseboards, doors, and carpets are dented or torn. The upsides to the hotel are the restaurant and bar are great. The food, drinks and staff were all wonderful. I would not stay here again until they've updated the rooms.」

「The Mariner hotel was a great stay for us . So conveniently located in town . Clean and great breakfast! Would stay there again !」

「Great location, very friendly team. Will definitely stay again!」

「We had a nice large room with a bathtub which was quite nice. Geo large beds as well. However the cold water faucet did not work in our bathroom. The bathroom door also did not close and latch. The door was pretty beaten up at the bottom as well. Just needs some maintenance. I wanted to use the pool but the blaring music in the gym was a turn off for me doing that. The breakfast was ok. They said here were hot food options to get made to order but no one who waited on us even offered or told...

「The room was fine and the setting peaceful, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows super flat. Also no cold water in the shower??? The breakfast was good.」

「Did everything as expected」

「Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, the walkway to the apartment was dirty, and there was a dead bird near the front door, which created a very unpleasant first impression. There was also a strong odor on the main level throughout our stay. The apartment itself could use some maintenance. The carpet was old and stained, and the insulation was poor, so outside noise was easily heard from inside. The TV was not working when we arrived and wasn’t fixed until the following...
