「Lovely studio in downtown...despite being downtown. Owner was very receptive Studio had everything we needed such as sundry items...coffee pods, sugar, salt pepper and earplugs...to drown out the load seagulls. Short walk to the Ampitheater. Classic art deco buildings along the walk and quite few decent restaurants」

「Property was as advertised. We needed to stay somewhere close for our daughters graduation at Fairfield and this worked great. It was a short 10 minute drive to campus. Good value for the money. Thank you.」

「This property is in a friendly quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores, it was very clean, everything needed including seasoning for cooking and outdoor grill area, I could pack lighter next time as it has shampoo, soap etc.. The decor was cool, I love all music! And I really enjoyed listening to the vinyl records. I would recommend and definitely stay again! 」

「We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well. The neighborhood...
