気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Arrived & there was no parking so had to pay for parking down the road. The room was filthy dirty. The shower gel & shampoo from the previous guest still in the shower. The bed looked like it was just made (and not clean sheets). Doesn’t look like the room was cleaned after the last guest had stayed. The menu in the room stated food served until 11pm but when we went down for dinner at 8pm we were told there was entertainment on that night so no food being served. We ended up leaving the hotel & not staying the night as didn’t want to stay in a dirty room so we drove home. The hotel offered no compensation or refund. Expedia also would not offer any sort of refund.
