「Rooms need to be deep cleaned. I have stayed here for a few visits now and say the same thing. Please deep clean a room each week and the place would look amazing.」

「Budget hotel at a budget price in a great location. Close to groceries and restaurants, nice walk on the pier to the ocean. The room is very sparse and basic but good value」

「最低最悪です。受付のギスギスしたおばさんの偉そうな態度がすべてです。大英帝国？イギリスのプライドと信用を一気に下げた宿泊施設です。泊まらない方がいいです。」

「Bed very uncomfortable and pillows.」

「The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and during our stay. The room was big , tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. All meals were well presented. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will return.」

「綺麗な客室、親切なスタッフ、静かな環境で過ごすことが出来ました。 Tvのリモコンが見当たらなかったですが。」

「Clean room. Excellent housekeeping and very friendly staff. Breakfast so so - took 1 star off for the instant coffee and dry over cooked options.」

「very dated ,seen better days , carpets thread bare in places and were smelly, food was average, would not stay there again」

「Fantastic Place to stay and the rooms are so clean. You even have a lovey restaurant and bar that serves tapas. Will come again soon.」

「We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.」

「Lovely room, great food and service brilliant!」

「Hotel from hell, all Night and all morning mysterious banging from all parts of hotel. Creaking banging all hours of the night. Couldn’t sleep」

「Rooms in The Manor are tired and in need of decorating. Bathrooms look fairly new which is great but the actual bedrooms at usually £148 a night are in dire need of updating. We had no hot water for the first night as there was a problem with the boiler. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, but I feel they hear a lot of the same complaints most of the time. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The shuttle service was great too but the car parking charges are excessive!! Drinks at the bar...

「Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great. Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Over night car park charge of £16. Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends. Would happily stay again.」

「A fabulous place to stay for exploring Bristol city & area. Great public transport links so car isn’t needed.」
