「Positives:
- smooth airport transfer, arranged via chat beforehand
- friendly front desk staff
- safe residential neighborhood, somewhat walkable for Nicaraguan standards, with a shopping center 5min away on foot
Negatives:
- the room felt extremely damp and had a musty smell, probably due to the shower that was not separated from the sleeping area (the shower / bathtub was directly in the room)
- the hotel is showing wear and tear, a deep clean would have helped but ideally it needs to be...
