「Casa Happy Life is a good hostel with very helpful and pleasant owners. The main thing that lets it down compared with other similar hostels is that it only has one toilet/shower for three rooms with upto 10 people. At many times on our first day, the bathroom was always occupied. We did have two power cuts and ran out of gas too during our two night stay so not great in that respect either. 」

「I recommend Tuani Lodge for nature lovers and those looking for a cabin-in-the-jungle experience. The road to get to the lodge is very dark, poorly marked, bumpy and uneven so a vehicle with 4-wheel drive and a lot of clearance would be best. We got a small bit of damage from driving in our small SUV. That being said, once you're on the highway it is not far from town and it is a very cool experience feeling so remote and close to nature. This is not the place for you if you are scared of bugs...
