We live an hour from Quincy. We had several medical appts lined up and stayed overnight to facilitate that. We have stayed here more than once before, but I always forget that they don't have a microwave in the rooms. Be aware of that. I know there are several good reasons they only have one microwave in the hotel (in the Lobby), and it usually isn't a problem. We found the hotel to have stately dignity. It's an old hotel that has been modernized, yet retains historical class. One disappointment was the description of a "kitchenette" in the room when actually it was a cabinet with a small refrigerator in the lower level and a microwave in the upper level. Chek-in and check out were very good, the room is spacious and clean, good bed excellent shower. Breakfast buffet with omelette station was great for $10 bucks .... I didn't realize that it was not included when I booked on expedia...but very good quality an variety. The hotel is new and looks great, houskeeping was very good, the location is walking distance from new shopping area.

For the price I paid the bed was extremely uncomfortable! The pillows also! Elevator was broke on Sunday when we checked out!

It was Christmas Eve and late when we were able to check in. All went will getting our room. No problems at all with anything. Will come back again

This was a very pleasant stay. Friendly, helpful staff; reasonable price; clean room; comfortable bed; excellent water pressure in shower; quiet; conveniently located; good variety at breakfast. The only potential 'problem' was with the TV in the bedroom; however, we had a suite and watched television in the living room area.

The room was really nice and clean. Bed was a little firm for our liking, but was sufficient for our 1 night stay. The front desk was nice and friendly. We did eat the breakfast buffet and it was all really good. Love the "beans to coffee" machine. The location was nice with alot of stores and restaurants close by as well. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Front desk is friendly and helpful. Love that they are pet friendly. Breakfast is nice with lots of options. Last week when we stayed the hot tub was broken and this week the pool heater was out. (& hot tub remained broken.)

The room was very clean, with cozy, warm bedding for someone like me from Las Vegas!! The "breakfast ladies" were awesome, asking us if we had everything we needed. Healthy foods provided, plenty of fresh fruit, juice, waffles, omlets, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon. What a buffet, and a large cooker of oatmeal, and cold cereal options. Bacon, toast, bagels, English muffins, biscuits and gravy. One thing that did strike me funny was "no" donuts, or rolls....(my problem...

Great property to stay at, while on the road!

I had a better room than 2 weeks ago.

My boyfriend and I decided to book a weekend trip,(friday,saturday,and Sunday), for our anniversary. This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and the hotel is beautiful, large, and clean. Our room was great, I was so surprised by how spacious it was, (double queen). The casino is a good time, unfortunately I did not have any luck but many others did. (They announce winners over the overhead system). The food is exceptionally good, however my only complaint would be more food/ dining...

Nice hotel. They are remodeling but it’s not noticeable.

I was able to check in early without waiting for the 3 pm check in time.

Check in and check out were easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Overall, I was impressed! It worked very well for our family (including our dog). We stayed there on a social night (they have them Monday-Wednesday) so ended up getting some yummy FREE dinner! Will definitely stay there again.
