「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance.
It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request.
Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful.

「The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again.」
