「I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...

「I’m glad that I did not listen to the reviews. While it is true, there are minimal to no staff interactions, I found we didn’t need the staff. The self check in code let us in the front door and our key was in our room. Our room had all we needed for a 2 night stay. The continental breakfast was well stocked and just what you would expect (and what was advertised) We had a clean, comfortable, spacious room that we had two good nights sleep while we spent our days exploring.」

「スカイ島観光の起点としては最適な場所です。サービスで気になった点は、①ディナー　予約して5分前に行くも、入り口際の最悪席を案内。入る時にメニューカードを渡され、ワインアルコールメニュー提供なし。席は、変更希望して変えて貰いました。他の接客は、席でメニューとワインリストを丁寧に接客。 前菜をシェアしたく、皿をリクエストするも拒否。メインに変わる時にカテラリーを変えて貰いましたが、肉料理に丸いナイフを提供。切りにくいのを見た他のスタッフがシャープなナイフを持って来てくれて美味しく楽しめました。料理は美味しく満足。我々がアジア人だったから? 白人には丁寧。 ②タオルと水のサプライ無し スカイ島観光を終えて戻り、シャワーを浴びようとするも、タオルが1枚しかありませんでした。サプライを依頼したら、すぐに持ってきてくれて、反応は良好。 隣にSPARがあり、小物の買い物も出来て良い場所にあるから①②の体験は残念でした。」

「It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly.」

「Very lovely stay in the pod. It was clean and cozy and comfortable. We did not receive the instructions for how to check in but contacted the host and solved the problem. It was stressful because there is very little internet access in that area. The beautiful beach is a short walk away.」

「I was suprised when i rented this cottage and its actually kinda like a threeplex. its not the whole place and its very small but good enough for what we needed. there is men that live on each side of the rental property. so when you walk up to the cottage its actually the third door thats the rental. does need updating and a real good clean but like i said it was good enough for one night. if i would have booked for only me i probably wouldn't have stayed. its in the middle of no where.」
