"This hotel is like staying at a relatives house that has lived in the same house for 50 years. It's outdated but clean. Bathrooms were updated. Mattresses and pillows were fairly low end. Staff was friendly and accommodating overall. Parking is a bit of an adventure. Not many options for dining in the immediate area. The food from the hotel, both dinner and breakfast were good with nice variety. View is spectacular if you get a bay view"
"Great inn conveniently located within driving distance of the town supermarket and dining areas. Friendly staff. Nice common areas which included an outdoor gazebo overlooking the water from which you could see amazing sunsets. Also a nice lounge/living room area with plenty of board games and books and a large kitchen. Terrific breakfast buffet.
Rooms were comfortable and quiet and spacious. Recommend."

"The river view was beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean with lots of charm. It was perfect in terms of location to be able to walk around Inverness. Staff were very friendly."
"The cabin we stayed in was gorgeous. It had a lovely balcony with splendid views and evening sunshine. We saw a little pine marten run around outside. The bed was comfy and everything was stylish and well thought out. I would highly recommend!"
"Our room was nice, the floor was a little unlevel as with is keeping with an old building. The reception staff was helpful and Stephen in the bar was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone staying in Inverness. The location was excellent for city centre and the local attractions."
"Excellent jumping off point for Skye, reasonable pricing considering the hotel is only a short drive away from the bridge. Very peaceful Excellent owners. Good quality of food, cooked fresh to order."
