「Lovely, spacious rooms and delightful staff. Dinner menu was fantastic and we took up the offer for packed lunches (sandwich, yoghurt, crisps and delicious rocky road) for our continuing NC500 journey which were excellent and very inexpensive. Loved the laid back atmosphere, we felt comfortable and at home. Definitely recommend! 」

「The hotel itself is very old and the room reflects this. It is very small and cramped. The floor is sloped and there is very little sound proofing between the rooms. It is above the pub and you have steep stairs to climb without a lift. All of this would be fine except for the price does not reflect it. The breakfast was nice and the staff where friendly.」

「The owner/operator was very kind, helpful and responsive. The room was excellent, very spacious for Scotland with a private en-suite. Breakfast was delicious. The house is a short walk from City Centre, Inverness Castle and the River Ness walkway. I highly recommend.」

「It would have been good to be aware of check in process in advance of arrival. The hotel wasn't signposted, so had to phone the number provided, where we were told to visit another hotel reception, where we be provided with our key and directed to our own hotel. While the room itself was relatively clean, there was no hot water either via the shower or sink. The TV only allowed you to caste via your phone.」
