「スカイ島観光の起点としては最適な場所です。サービスで気になった点は、①ディナー　予約して5分前に行くも、入り口際の最悪席を案内。入る時にメニューカードを渡され、ワインアルコールメニュー提供なし。席は、変更希望して変えて貰いました。他の接客は、席でメニューとワインリストを丁寧に接客。 前菜をシェアしたく、皿をリクエストするも拒否。メインに変わる時にカテラリーを変えて貰いましたが、肉料理に丸いナイフを提供。切りにくいのを見た他のスタッフがシャープなナイフを持って来てくれて美味しく楽しめました。料理は美味しく満足。我々がアジア人だったから? 白人には丁寧。 ②タオルと水のサプライ無し スカイ島観光を終えて戻り、シャワーを浴びようとするも、タオルが1枚しかありませんでした。サプライを依頼したら、すぐに持ってきてくれて、反応は良好。 隣にSPARがあり、小物の買い物も出来て良い場所にあるから①②の体験は残念でした。」

「This is one of the poorest hotels we have stayed in for a long time. A disappointing venue for a wonderful Scottish location. Unfriendly, unhelpful reception staff, a filthy bedroom, dated & dirty. The corridors are depressing and very dated. High prices due to the season & location, and no doubt low supply meaning they get away with this, shocking. The beds were reasonably comfortable and breakfast was pleasant, but I can’t say I would recommend staying here.」

「Room was ok staff where very good think it had gone down a little since my last stop, but I understand that things are not easy as I had noticed 1 or 2 hotels, but lovely people and I do hope the better times will return 😊」

「La camera era molto accogliente, confortevole e pulita, le persone davvero molto gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Il lodge è una bella struttura immersa nel verde, offre una colazione super abbondante e con ingredienti di qualità in una lounge che ha la vista sul verde. A 10 minuti di auto c'è una taverna (Applecross Inn) dove fare un'ottima cena a base di pesce freschissimo.」

「The colour scheme is a bit of a shock at first but it does grow on you. The kitchen is well appointed but unfortunately no microwave. Because the kitchen/dining area/ lounge are all in one room it is not that easy to relax. The bedroom is up a steep set of stairs and my husband who is quite tall , did have to be extra vigilant getting out of bed to stop himself banging his head on the roof! The bed was very comfortable. A nice cottage .」

「Extremely disappointing stay. I booked for 3 people, but the room was only suitable for 2. The third bed was tiny, rock hard and not fit for proper sleep. I could not let my son sleep on it, so I had to use it myself and eventually ended up on the floor. After driving over 8 hours, this completely ruined what was meant to be a nice family trip. Even worse, the hotel has not properly responded to my complaint or refund request through Expedia. Honestly, the fact this place was one of the only...

「Perfect location, heating took a while to warm the pod, shower and bath both great. The sign is missing for parking so not obvious where you should park. Other than that it was almost a 5 out of 5! 」
