We had to leave 2 days early due to my husband having a medical emergency, in leaving in a hurry he forgot his phone in the room. When we contacted mgmt to please ship us the phone, as we were more than happy to compensate for this, they would not ship it . Nor would they package it for us, again we would pay for this, so we could arrange a pick up by either UPS or FED Ex,,,
They would NOT work with us at all,,,, so frustrating and disappointing, now we have to purchase a whole new phone,,,
This is unbelievable experience! They even got 2 nights “free” from us as we understand we had to leave early and never asked nor expected a refund for those two days!
