Cool) outside our room window, no manager to speak to but girl on the bar rang them about turning it off but they don’t turn off ! So slept maybe 3 hours ? "Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me"
