"Hotel offers amazing views, close to cruise pier, and area attractions with Hop on/off bus stop right outside hotel. Staff was great. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. We got off our cruise ship and were able to walk to hotel and check our luggage until check in time while we went exploring. VIP upgraded room had a French balcony allowing for a beautiful view. Given a 20% off coupon as part of VIP upgrade for dining in hotel restaurant. Food was delicious! Would definitely stay there again if in Vancouver!"

"It’s amazing stayed in this hotel, the service from front desk, valet and to the house keeping are awesome. The room we have is two double queen bed but the room is a bit small.I only wish the hotel maintained the condition of the hotel specially in the hallways and inside the room. driving to the hotel is a bit of challenge during night because of narrow entry road. "
