Everything from checking in, the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, to the stores & resturants surrounding this hotel, also getting to & from the Big E was such a truly great experience. Would for sure stay here again! 」

「Hotel was right down the street from MGM. Perfect place to stay if going to the casino. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Be mindful of area events and that a lot of people who stay at casino do come here after. It was loud at 2-4am with music and constant people in hallway. Didn't sleep good because of this. Not fault of hotel just the location and people coming from where ever they were for the night. You are in the city. 」
「All the staff that I encountered in my 12 day stay were great. my only negative comment is that the every other day refresh of the room somehow got screwed up and then we were off schedule. I also think that there should be a "better" cleaning of the room on those days as well. Having said this, we did enjoy our stay and the staff that we encountered.」

「Immaculate, huge room! Enter through the kitchen living room area with a desk facing a window with phone & device recharging.
Around the corner was a king size bed and ample room for the sink outside the toilet walk in shower.
Highly recommend.」
