「Location of home is amazing for a get together with friends without being disturbed by others. Back yard is great for relaxing by the fire and listening to the sounds of nature and the water feature. Rooms are large and home is set up nicely for multiple couples. We didn't utilize the river gazebo from the house but did make it a stop for a break during our canoe trip. Highly recommend this home! If we choose Loudonville for next year's water get away, we will stay here again.」

「This property was beautiful, immaculate, comfy and cozy. 8 of us stayed here and it was incredibly well appointed, with games, books, a game room which was heaven to our eight year old, and a living room, kitchen space and den that were the perfect size. A truly gorgeous home, a very responsive and helpful host, great location and well stocked home away from home. Loved the fire pit area and the dining room overlooking the leafy backyard and swing. 」

「We booked this property as we were in town for a music festival up the road. The property is so cute and it is immaculate! The owners are very accommodating and quick to respond. 「The house was very clean. We had plenty of room for our whole family. There were 4 kids, two dogs and 6 adults.we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kids loved the hot tub. The house was in walking distance to shops on the square and places for the kids. I felt safe because the house had Simply Safe. The only draw back I had was the smell when you walk in. Not sure what it was but after you were inside for awhile the smell went away. All in all it was a great place to stay. 」
