「Everything about our stay here was great! Make sure to bring air freshener with you though as the bathrooms have no fan. Excellent breakfast and 24 hour coffee! Couldnt ask for more! We were on the 2nd floor and the ice machine was on the first floor but we made that work. We would definitely stay here again!」

「No communication between staff and no adaptability to assist customers. I arrived early due to an even that I was attending. I asked if there was a way for early check in and instead of seeing if a room was available, the front counter lady just looked at me and said “come back closer to your check in time, I don’t know what type of room you have” as if she couldn’t look it up on the computer. I understand that they don’t have to let me check in early」

「Overall, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean. However, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room, and even ventilating the space didn't help. Even worse, some unknown device in the room kept vibrating and sounding an alarm; it emitted a piercing noise every few minutes throughout the entire night. We tried all night to figure out what was causing the sound but couldn't locate the source, which meant we didn't get any sleep. We had high expectations for this historic hotel...
