"When checking in the lady at front desk couldn’t find find my reservation she didn’t know how much my card was going to be charged I got my key went to my room and the door wouldn’t open! I was handed another set of cards for the room across the hallway and told to wait there my door would be fixed it took an hour! The room they put me in to wait smelled like animal and sweaty blankets! Finally got in my room the next morning I wasn’t given clean towls after asking for them! "

"Hot tub was not home enough jets barely worked. Multiple towels in they're pool and trash all over, went to the pool close to when they opened in the morning so it's not a matter of it just getting trashy but negligence, the elevators had very dirty floors, half the lights in the room didn't work. Didn't get the room we booked bc they overbooked, leaving us short a bed we needed. Couldn't control they're heat/ac worth a damn, it was either ice cold or uncomfortably how. When we asked if they had breakfast when we checked it to see if it was worth canceling and going elsewhere since we were short a bed (didn't know about all the other issues we would face at the time) was told yes, but not that it's not included. It's a super limited menu of overpriced options that are not even close to as good as what they charge for it. Offered zero compensation for screwing up our room. For the rate it was an awful experience. Motel quality for hotel price."

"The man who checked us is was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the kept up. The room was very clean. It was quiet which was fantastic. Would stay here again!"
