「繁華街なので窓を開ければそれなりの音が入ってきます。場所は最高です。ただ、ホテルの出入口がわかりにくい。施設設備は最高です。洗濯乾燥機があり、洗剤もついていました。旧市街やセントラルバスステーションまで歩いて行けます。オフィスタイム以外、レセプションは不在です。」

「裏通りで分かりづらいため、スマホのGPSなどを頼りにするといいです。 フロントは日勤制で夜間、シャバット(金曜夕方から土曜午前位のユダヤの休日)は不在です！！ この間に到着する場合は携帯のメールで鍵の受け渡し方法を連絡して来るので、注意が必要です。 大きな市場が徒歩1分位で飲食店も多く、トラムの駅も5分位で重宝しました。 ホテルは大体何でも揃っていますが、野菜や果物を切るナイフが無く、食事用の物で代用しました。 電子レンジはなく、電気コンロ、オープン、ポットがありました。 ドライヤーは壁に吹出し口ごと固定されていて、とても使いづらかったです。 5泊中、タオル交換とゴミ捨ては毎日してくれますが、掃除、食器洗いはしません。 洗濯機、スリッパ、エレベーターはありません。 部屋はベッドルームとリビングが分かれていて、そこそこ広く、バルコニーもあり、無臭、静かで快適でした。」

「The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online. It was a very pleasant stay and very cute, small suite close to everything. I would definitely go there again if I return to Jerusalem! Thank you Aju Hillel!」

「We stayed one night and were very impressed. Perfect accommodation in central Jerusalem. Excellent value for money. Would recommend. There is unfortunately no parking as stated on the property description but we managed to find and the corner. Communication was good but would have been better had we received the initial communication earlier as there is an online registration form to complete before getting check in instructions. Thanks for a great stay!!」

「The apartment was great. It was nice and clean but we really reserved it for the pool. Unfortunately the pool wasn't heated the whole time and we were only able to use it for 2 days. fon reservation since we didn't get our money value 」

「The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building 」

「Lots of construction across the street (May 2024). Noise level is very high. Property is clean and spacious. I could not figure out the air conditioning. So room was warm. Internet is weak. Equipped kitchen for cooking is a plus. Nice size shower with rain head. It is at a busy intersection. The management did not send a confirmation email so I had to call when I arrived to get entry information. No on-site reception. Luggage storage on-site is in the lobby and does not lock. 15 minute walk to...

「エルサレムのメインストリートすぐで、立地は最高。 部屋は広く、温水もバスタブに熱いお湯を貯められて良い。 TVが映らなかったが、現地のスタッフがかけつけてリビングルームのは見えるようにしてくれた。寝室のTVは結局見られないままだったが。 建物への入館、部屋への入室とも暗証番号制で安心だが、室内にはセーフィティボックスがないため、貴重品は常に持ち歩かなければならなかった。 サイトに出ている宿泊料以外に、清掃代等追加料金がかかってしまうのは、予約時にわからなかった。 宿泊前日に、客室利用マニュアル（英文）が現地スタッフからメールで、届いた。現地スタッフとのやりとりは、Eメールのほか、SMSのWhat's up が使えた方が便利。スタッフは親切だった。」
