「This stay was awesome! The location is absolutely amazing and the hosts were just as good with giving detailed check in notes. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly as we expected after seeing all the listing photos! Honestly made me look into getting an apartment here as Valencia is my home town. 「This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. 」

「This rental was truly disappointing and not worth the price.There was only one bath towel provided — for an entire multi-night stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets had visible ink marks on them. The TVs didn’t work at all. The carpet was dirty and smelled musty, the refrigerator had a large dent in the door, and a filthy mop and bucket were left out on the balcony. The screen door is torn, so bugs come in. "素晴らしいホテル。クイーンベット2台の部屋に泊まりましたが、94Lスーツケースを2つ開いても十分な広さ。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、ボディクリーム、ドライヤー、洋服アイロン、レンジ、冷蔵庫が備えてある。掃除は2日に1度でしたが、十分。とても綺麗に掃除してくれます。シャワーの温度や水圧も良かった。各階にアイスマシーンあり。朝はシリアル3種、パン数種類、オムレツ、ソーセージ、ジャーマンポテト、ワッフル(自分で簡単に作れます。もちろん親切に作り方も教えてくれます)、ヨーグルトなど十分な種類が用意してある(日替わりで多少変更)食事代の節約になりました。 1階に、フリーのコーヒーやお茶、ココアなどがあり本当に不自由しない。立地も、徒歩10分くらいでトレダージョーズに行け果物やサラダが買えるので、食費が気になる日は部屋のレンジで温められる物を夕食にした。何より、すべてのスタッフが親切でフレンドリーで7泊とても満足しました。 "
