「It was during one of the high temperatures inEngland and tho it had two fresh air windows the host only allowed one. a small bathroom size window for ventilation plus a small fan. I asked him to open the other window / door but was denied seeming me to leave the property after one nite due to a high temp room . Host was not very helpful tho I asked to change rooms. Also no shade on deck . Would not stay here again .」

「Very friendly and helpful hosts. Lots of attention to detail. Gluten free diet catered for really well, gluten free biscuits in the room and gluten free cake to have with a cup tea/coffee on arrival. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely go there again」

「The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. Our room was very pleasant ,though a “proper”wardrobe would have been appreciated. Staff were very helpful and professional though if we were to mention one thing which we found a little odd ,was one female...

「It is a unique property a hotel with no reception area. But the rooms were clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely. Text messages were responded to timely. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. We actually extended our stay.」

「The owner was nice and very helpful. She printed out a map for use to show us the places we would like to visit and a few free parking places in Saunderfoot. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked every morning. The location is not bad, 5 mins or maybe even less to drive to Saunderfoot town centre/ 20 mins walk. Tenby was about 10 mins drive away. The room had everything needs,plus a nice coffee pod machine and Welsh cakes. Parking is included which was great.」

「We had the family room which has a small side room for the kids which was perfect for our short stay. Breakfast had excellent options and was high quality. Location was 2 minutes to south beach and 5 minutes into town. We would not hesitate to come back here again.」
