"Staff was friendly. Room floor was visible dirty with particles of dirt and things all over the floor. Mold around bathtub. Sink in the kitchenette was stained and dirty. The hotel looks fairly new but the cleanliness and does not match the age of the facility. It lends to poor upkeep and poor cleaning. The pool is room temperature not heated. The hot tub was dirty and had things floating in it. Would not stay here again "

"My only complaints are; 1)The bathroom shower was disgusting, I dont think the shiwer har not been cleaned in a while. It had soap scum and black crud in the corners and inbetween the tiles. 2) The A/C made a loud noise throughout the night. "

"I'll admit, I arrived earlier than I expected to but they were so accommodating! The staff was so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were so clean! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great! Better than mine!The AC unit was noisy. When our tv quit working on the second evening, we decided to cut our trip short and go home early due to incoming storms the next morning. The manager was willing to give us partial credit and adjust the cost for early check out. We did not have breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment on that. The staff was the best part of the experience."

"Was great stay visiting my girlfriend in Lubbock for the first time! She and I were very impressed with the townhome. It was compared to a 5 star rated hotel stay that we had the same week in Lubbock and hands down we both thought that this space was better than th 5 star hotel charging a hire rate. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping, the University, and bars. No more than 10 minutes from everything you want or need to go to. The space was clean and bright and as advertised. Would definitely stay at this property again. "
