The unit itself was clean, which I appreciate, but unfortunately that was one of the few positives.The heating system takes an extremely long time to turn on and, worse, it shuts off on its own in the early morning, leaving the unit uncomfortably cold. This was a major issue, especially given winter conditions.The clubhouse amenities were disappointing. The jacuzzi and small gym are far from the unit, located across a very busy street, and the facility is not well maintained, making it inconvenient and uninviting to use.For the price, this rental is overpriced for what you get. To make matters worse, the owner charged me for additional people even though our group was only 2 adults and 2 children, which was well within the sleeping configuration of the unit. I requested a refund for this incorrect charge and never received a response, which is unacceptable.Additionally, ice and snow were everywhere, and the walkways were dangerously slippery, creating a serious safety concern that should have been addressed.Given the high cost, guests should not be charged extra when they are clearly within the unit’s stated occupancy, and basic safety and comfort expectations should be met. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
