"Good Room and the staff was polite and professional ,only thing I didn't like is I pay for both rooms before I got there and I had to pay $300.00 deposit and I didn't know that and it made that so much of an inconvenience with my money, it take from my spending money while I was out of town, that need to let peoples that that is the requirement to get the room that way they can be prepared"

"The elevator had trash and graffiti. I get off on my floor, and there's trash all up and down the entire hallway. Literally. I checked in at evening time, which meant, housekeeping had already clocked out for the day after not doing their job. You could tell that the floor hadn't been touched in days. Just litter everywhere. There was a large bucket of dirty dishes sitting in the hallway across from my room. I went downstairs to complain. If I could upload the video I took, of all the trashiness, I would. Had this not been a last-minute reservation, I would've gone right back downstairs to get a refund and leave. I stayed for two nights, and housekeeping still hadn't cleaned the hallway of that same litter the morning I was due to check out. The room itself was nice, though."
