"Good selection of food at breakfast. Hotel in good location to reach attractions by foot. However, hotel located by a busy road & noisy with sirens on a night. "

"Hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with a modern en suite bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Only issue was it took almost an hour to park the car (30 minutes in nearest NCP before being told it was full and joined massive queue to exit). Obviously not the hotel’s fault but apparently this is typical for Bath, especially at the weekends!"

"This is our 2nd trip to Exeter for a University visit. On both occasions we stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and both tumes we have been impressed by the friendy, helpful staff and how clean and well maintained the hotel is kept. At breakfast there is a fantastic choice of cereal, pastries, fruit. cold meats and a cooked breakfast. "
