「Average hotel and average experience. It is a fair way from the airport and very difficult to access without a car (we used an Amtrack, then a bus, then had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes). It has no restaurant and basic facilities.」

「I was appalled that when I got there I was told I had to pay nine dollars a day for parking, even though I was paying guest. The front desk then told me that the company changed this two months ago. At no point was I notified. It’s not the price, it is the principle. If they are worried about people taking flights out of BWI that aren’t staying there, then they should have them towed rather than make somebody who’s already paying for a room pay to park there. It makes no sense.」

「The room bathroom hallways and lobby were very clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Overall a nice stay」

「Great staff, food was great. Rooms need updating」

「Very spacious room. Great bathroom. Would have liked more outlets or usb ports but it was a nice stay.」
