「Room could have been cleaner dust/dirt/cobwebs spotted in corners. Check in could be improved... 「Room was on 2nd floor and up some quite steep stairs, however all doable and room was very nice, clean and tidy but getting a little tired in places. However I believe the rooms are all going to be given a makeover in the next couple of months. Staff were all brilliant, very welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.
