"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception.
