The entrance to the hotel is in need of a good revamp and tidy up. The carpet needs a good vacuum. The room was clean. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

Disgusting place. Rang ahead to ensure we could get in as we were arriving after hours. Was told I would receive email details on how to get to our room. Arrived with no details and the place was deserted. Took 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone/get to the desk. Room was disgusting. Full of mould. Stayed 1 night and left, asking for a refund. Service attendant got me on phone with manager who said they’d be happy to offer a refund if I went via Expedia. Did so and now have been told they are denying the request. Run by snakes. Don’t ever stay here

This place is scam. Only at the picture nice. They give us room when you enter you can smell molds i cant take it the smell. And the lock door inside is not working. We have to call them to check but they insist

Was a basic and cheap motel which suited the 5 of us in a two bedroom apartment for the weekend. We were hardly there in the day. Not the cleanest or flashest but affordable. Kitchen with jug, toaster, stove top, microwave, fridge and all basic cooking utensils available. Great location, walking distance to town or water front. Staff were lovely and helpful when we needed things. Parking available but very tight and a steep driveway to get up to the carpark.

When we arrived, it was extremely difficult to get into the parking area due to how the area was laid out. When we got to the room, it was really poorly maintained and not clean. The dining table had brackets supporting it. The rooms had spider webs on the walls and the windowsills didn't look like they had been cleaned in months. The lace curtain and curtains also had mold. We booked for 5, but only 4 were given towels and bedding. When we wanted to shower, we discovered that there was no bodywash in the dispenser and when we needed to wash the dishes, there was also no dishwashing liquid. We put the heater on, and the only thing it did was turn on the amber light, no heat at all. Krishna, the person on duty, was extremely helpful. He came to top up the soaps and he brought us a replacement heater. He was very friendly and accommodating. He made the experience better. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean, so we got a good night's sleep. As a side note, and something we didn't know before we got there, there isn't enough parking on site for all vehicles. You also have to pay extra for the parking. Parking is a disaster, so be prepared to walk a distance to get a parking spot.
